Important Financial Deadlines 2017

A new year means tax return filing season has arrived once again. Among the tax deadlines you may be required to meet in the next few months and upcoming year are the following:

2017 Upcoming Financial Deadlines

January 31 – County Property Tax Listings

January 31 – Payroll forms – W-2’s, 941’s and 940’s

January 31 – 1099’s

January 16 – 4th Quarter 2016 Estimated Tax Payment due

March 15 – Form 1065 – Partnership Income Tax Return due

March 15 – Form 1120S – S Corporation Income Tax Return due

March 31 – Forms 1098 and 1099s (with the exception of 1099-MISC) deadline to file electronically

April 15 – Form 1120 – C Corporations Income Tax Return due

April 17 – Trust and Estate Income Tax Return Due

April 18 – Tax Day – Individual Tax Returns Due for 2016 Tax Year

April 18 – 1st Quarter 2017 Estimated Tax Payment due

April 18 – 2016 Tax Year Extension Due for Individual Tax Return

June 15 – 2nd Quarter 2017 Estimated Tax Payment due

September 15 – 3rd Quarter 2017 Estimated Tax Payment due

September 15 – FINAL due date for extension for Partnerships, C Corporations and S Corporations

October 2 – Trust and Estate Income Tax Return if approved for Extension due

October 16 – Individual Tax Returns approved for Extension due

December 15 – Estimated Tax Payments for 4th Quarter due
